1. Choose an impregnating paint that does not contain oxidizing components, such as epoxy urethane-based or undenatured epoxy-based impregnating paint, and apply it on the surface of the stud bolt. Choose a paint that does not contain volatile acids. Oscillating machinery should use solvent-free paint as much as possible.
2. When cyanuric acid dipping paint is used, the curing temperature and curing time should be adjusted. The curing temperature should be slightly higher than 130°C (such as 135°C) and the curing time should be longer than 180min, and it is necessary to strictly implement the process. Especially in high temperature and humid seasons, the rotary vibrating screen is used from the perspective of rust prevention. The specified paint drying (curing) time in the samples of the paint factory is not necessarily sufficient, and the motor has a specific internal shape.
3. Anti-corrosion treatment of stainless steel surface refers to applying a protective layer on the metal surface by various methods. Its function is to isolate the metal from the corrosive environment to prevent the corrosion process or reduce the contact between the corrosive medium and the metal surface, so as to achieve the purpose of preventing or reducing corrosion.
